McKenzie O'Neill

Senior Urban Designer

As a senior designer for Turnberry, McKenzie has helped guide and develop a range of projects with her background in architecture and urban design, with a focus on high-quality place-making. Navigating projects of high complexity, the coordination of large design teams and project stakeholders is intrinsic to her role. Whilst at Turnberry, she has provided design support for a variety of projects in the UK and abroad including Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and the US with university masterplanning initiatives, racecourse infrastructure design and asset review, and new communities design. Alongside these she has led the development and writing of various design codes and guidance documents and participated in various design workshops and charrettes.
